Once you have an Item Template you can add 'feature days' to your item.
Click the arrow key  next to Feature Days:
The click 'Add Feature Days'
With tokens you can buy the number of days you want to feature your item. Once you list your item, every 24 hours one feature day is used.
Your item will be displayed on the Home Page and on the Browse Page. The items with the highest overall number of 'feature' days get listed first. So the more days you add to your item the more likely people will see it!
